From Lavender to Bottle

Every batch begins with approximately 5 pounds of freshly harvested lavender, hand-cut from our fields in Los Lunas, New Mexico. We steam distill each harvest in small batches on our farm, gently capturing the plant's aromatic and water-soluble compounds.

From a single distillation, we typically produce about 1 gallon of Lavender Hydrosol/Floral Water and approximately 1.5 ounces of pure Lavender Essential Oil. While both come from the same harvest, each offers a unique way to enjoy the beauty of lavender.

Our floral water is never diluted or artificially fragranced—just pure, steam distilled lavender, bottled with care from our farm to your home.
