We ship to the contiguous United States aka the lower 48 states.
Orders between $1-$20 have a flat shipping rate of $4.
Orders between $20-$35 have a flat shipping rate of $6.
Orders between $35-$50 have a flat shipping rate of $8
Orders between $50-$75 have a flat shipping rate of $10
Orders of $75 or more get FREE shipping.
Allow 2-5 business days for handling.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, if your product was damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged item, the box and labels and contact us immediately at figmentsteashop@gmail.com or 505-323-1606. We will discuss the best replacement options for each situation.
Wrong Items
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong product - we will gladly pay for return shipping and resend the right product out or give you a full refund to the payment method used at purchase.
Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at figmentsteashop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What if I don't like the item I purchased?
If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please let us know your concerns. We'll do our best to make you happy. All products that have been opened and used will incur a 35% disposal fee and you will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend you insure the return and get the tracking information.
To help with satisfaction we sell small sample sizes (5 gram) of tea for you to try before you purchase larger quantities of tea you may be unfamiliar with to make sure you like it.
My package was stolen from my porch before I got it, What happens now?
Once a package is in the mail with the USPS we no longer have any control over it's deliver or any responsibility for it. That being said , we will try to work with you to resolve this with possible discounts for a replacement order and using signature required status for future shipping to your address.
